International Investment Bank is expanding business significantly in Tokyo. Needs to establish an IT organization which can meet fast-growing business needs very quickly. There is minimal internal infrastructure to support increased hiring needs.
Approach/Solution
JDV worked with senior management to establish hiring priorities and worked on filling positions based on urgency. JDV focused on screening candidates with a mind to particular client specifications, thereby presenting only top-qualified candidates. JDV worked with existing HR team and provided candidate support in regard to contracts, visas, and relocation issues. The client was able to capitalize on JDV's established network to meet its goals.

JDV was responsible for a significant portion of successful hires. JDV had a high ratio of interview/offer results with a 98% acceptance rate. Many of these hires are now managers who work with JDV in building their own teams

Small software development company had a need to hire a Senior Developer with excellent technical skills and Equities business knowledge. However the firm is relatively small with a very small team in Tokyo. At the time, they were privately funded and not yet profitable.
